My name is Andy Oldham, I retired from the Metropolitan Police in 2023 after completing nearly 20 years as a police officer. I also worked for Surrey Police and prior to 2004 I was a Special Constable (volunteer police officer) for 11 years–starting in 1991, meaning I bring experience of four decades of policing!
